Jensen Strategies worked with the Tualatin Soil and Water Conservation District (TSWCD) to develop their five-year strategic plan.  The project included facilitating a strategic planning committee comprised of TSWCD Board members and managers to develop organizational goals, an action plan, and an implementation process.  The process was informed by 24 stakeholder interviews with Board members, organizational management, and organizational partners as well.  In addition, four all-staff online surveys were conducted at key intervals in the plan’s development.
