Lebanon Community Vision Action Plan

Jensen Strategies facilitated a comprehensive strategic planning process for the City of Lebanon, incorporating diverse and sustained public input into a planning process that established tangible and measurable strategies and actions focused on enacting the Lebanon 2040 Vision. The initiative leveraged the leadership of a task force comprised of stakeholders from a variety of community interests and organizations, which generated shared responsibility for implementation. The resulting Lebanon Strategic Vision Action Plan continues to serve as a policy and operational guide for the City and its community partners.
