City of Gresham Management Coaching

Jensen Strategies provides management consulting services for the City of Gresham.  In this capacity, we have provided senior management with a broad range of services including organization structure and operations counsel, leadership development, department and program assessments, executive and manager team facilitation, inter-departmental workshop facilitation, feasibility studies, and policy research.  Projects and initiatives conducted for the City have included: change management strategies for organizational restructuring and policy implementation; leadership team building; Municipal Court Feasibility and Dispatch Center studies; assessments of the Neighborhood Association program, ERP readiness, and Communications Department; managerial coaching, and facilitation of the City Manager’s annual evaluation.
