Medford Parks Foundation Strategic Plan

Jensen Strategies worked with the Medford Parks & Recreation Foundation (MPRF) to develop their five-year strategic plan.  The project included facilitating monthly meetings of the Foundation Board to develop organizational goals, an action plan, and an implementation process.  The process was informed by stakeholder interviews with Board members, organizational management, and organizational partners as well.
