Department Head Performance Reviews and Assessments

Jensen Strategies conducts 360-evaluations of city/county managers and/or department heads.  Due to the confidential nature of employee performance reviews, it is not possible to identify the positions or cities involved.  These assessments were conducted by interviewing each department manager's supervisors, direct reports, other staff, and in one case, community members familiar with their work.  Each evaluation resulted in a written report shared with the department head and their supervisor.
