Doug Jensen

Chief of Staff

Doug is a seasoned Chief of Staff having spent much of his 11 years ensuring that everyone is doing their job - especially if it involves food and treat distribution. He keeps an eye on everything going on and reports back to our Principal immediately and vocally if anything is amiss.

When off duty, he enjoys watching meal preparation and volunteering as a self-appointed leader of the Neighborhood Watch team.

Taylor Piilani Jensen

Risk Manager

Taylor is a natural risk manager with an eye for anything that could go awry. She is very comprehensive in her approach to risk management by staying vigilant of the office physical environment and staff activities.

Taylor also keeps a healthy skepticism and distance from people she doesn’t know.

A native of Maui, she has an Aloha spirit at heart sharing boundless love with the family, staff, and friends that she loves and trusts unconditionally. Taylor loves going for walks and spending time with her partner Doug.

Lucy Rehder

Newberg Annex Manager

Lucy is nine years old and is a purebred yellow lab. She works remotely in Newberg while her supervisor Emily is working in Portland. Lucy makes sure that her presence is known on every phone and Zoom call.

Lucy enjoys sleeping, watching the neighborhood from her front window perch, playing in water, going to play with her friends at doggy day care, and going on walks.
