Laura Schneider, Project Associate

Laura is a project associate at Jensen Strategies who began working for the firm in 2025. She provides project assistance by developing and editing deliverables, data analysis, conducting research, project logistical support, curating recruitment materials, and aiding in administrative tasks.    

Laura’s experience comes from financial services - primarily in retail banking, wire transfer services, and training facilitation - where she fostered an interest in policy and procedure analysis and evaluation.  

Passionate about community resilience and engagement, Laura holds a Master of Public Policy and Graduate Certificate in Emergency Management & Community Resilience from Portland State University. She also holds a bachelor's degree in liberal studies from Portland State University.   

Outside of work Laura enjoys spending time with her partner and their two cats, traveling, reading, gardening, and finding new thrift shops.
